These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Peace Baby mobile application ("the App") and the website peacebaby.com ("the Website") operated by Innovative House Pty Ltd (ABN: 18103 341 180) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must beat least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use ourservices. By using the App or Website, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscription and Payment

Peace Babyoffers:

• A limited free trial period, after which users will be offered the option to subscribe to continue using the App.
• Alternatively, users may purchase a lifetime version of the App at a discounted price, which may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

All subscription terms, including fees and renewal periods, will be disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with your platform’s (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) procedures.

We reservethe right to deny or revoke access to subscriptions at any time and for anyreason, including misuse or violation of these Terms, without notice orliability.

3. User Safety and Use Guidelines

The Appprovides wellness-focused audio content. However:

• Do not play music directly next to an infant's ears.
• Maintain a reasonable distance between audio devices and infants.
• The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
• Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the App and Website, including but not limited to music, text, graphics, andlogos, is owned by or licensed to Innovative House Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

 

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results from using the App or Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any injury,harm, or loss arising from the use of our content, including improper use of music with infants. Always seek medical advice from a health professional prior to using the App.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovative House Pty Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities,or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the App or Website.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App or Website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or Website after such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
